The ocean view and sunrise from the balcony of the ocean view room were great. Since it was a newly opened hotel, everything was clean.
The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable.
The facilities were not ready for use, but I was not notified in advance at the time of reservation. I was informed at check-in that the accommodation fee had been adjusted downward because it was a testing period, but I was embarrassed because they did not inform me in advance. It was clean because it was a new facility, but the 1st and 2nd floor shopping mall and parking lot were still under construction and cluttered, and there was only one front desk employee and no other employees, so it was a desolate atmosphere. I didn't eat breakfast either because it was inconvenient because I had to go to the building next door.
There were food residue stains on the room sheets, and only an electric kettle and green tea were provided, which was disappointing because there was no coffee.
The staff responded kindly, but since I was working alone, they didn't seem to have time to resolve my inconvenience.
